Sony has decided to pull the plug on its latest hero-shooter, Concord. Now, gamers want the company to give them the highly requested Soulslike PC port.
When Sony first revealed Concord this past May, it struggled to generate interest among gamers. Right from the start, it was bashed for being yet another boring generic hero-shooter in an already overcrowded market. Gamers absolutely despised its art style and mechanics.

To no one’s surprise, when the game finally debuted on 23rd August, it proved to be a massive disappointment that couldn’t even hit 700 players on Steam. Sony has decided to cease the game’s sales and outright axe it. Surely, it has cost them millions in dollars, but gamers believe all of that can be fixed if the company gives them a PC port that’s been requested for years.

First released all the way back in 2015 for the PlayStation 4, Bloodborne is a Soulslike action RPG where gamers can play as The Hunter, who is tasked with unraveling the strange disease spreading across Yharnam.
The FromSoftware title received massive acclaim from critics and gamers alike, so much so that many have requested it to be released on PC for years at this point.
You’ll be surprised to know that Sony’s failed live service hero-shooter, Concord, managed to sell only around 25,000 copies. This comes after the company poured millions into the project. The losses are undoubtedly huge with such poor figures, but all of that can be recovered with the Soulslike PC port.

Seriously, a PC port for such an iconic game can offer enhanced performance and mod support and bring in an entirely new generation of gamers who haven’t experienced what can be described as the peak of gaming by FromSoftware.
It’s mind-boggling how Sony still hasn’t decided to tap into the potential of such a game and instead divert its resources towards projects that are proving to be failures. Let’s hope the company has learned its lesson from the hero-shooter’s failure and finally gives gamers what they’ve been demanding for years.
Bloodborne Could be Soon Playable on PC With an Emulator

In recent months, reliable insiders have suggested that Sony doesn’t have any plans to port the FromSoftware title to PC, even though director Hidetaka Miyazaki isn’t opposed to the idea.
This has led some users to take matters into their own hands and develop an emulator that could soon allow them to experience Bloodborne right on their PCs. The developers for ShadPS4, which is one of the latest PlayStation 4 emulators, have showcased a build of the game running on pc.
While this is undoubtedly a massive step when it comes to PlayStation 4’s emulation scene, the unofficial port is far from complete for a 1.0 release. Currently, trying to proceed past the character creation screen can lead to errors. The developers of the port have admitted that it’s just a start, and there’s still a lot of work left to be done.
Currently, we still don’t have a concrete release window for a stable version, but gamers are hopeful that it won’t be too long before they can play one of the best PlayStation exclusives on PC.
With that said, is there any other PlayStation exclusive that deserves a port to PC? If so, let us know about them in the comments below.
