Years before Diddy’s parties came to light, Terry Crews joined the #MeToo movement and warned that Harvey Weinstein was not the only one.
In recent months, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been under a lot of fire. With allegations of sexual and physical assault making their way online, the music mogul has had a major fall from grace. However, in light of the 54-year-old’s recent arrest on racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, fraud, or coercion charges, fans all around the world can’t help but wonder how they missed the signs. After all, back in 2016, Terry Crews came forward with his own story of abuse amidst Harvey Weinstein’s downfall.

Apart from sharing the situation that unraveled with him, Crews also ended up warning his social media followers that the 72-year-old wasn’t the only one on the list of perpetrators.
Did Terry Crews warn the world of Diddy’s crimes?
Over the years, Terry Crews has been known for his roles in Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Everybody Hates Chris, and many other sitcoms and films. However, in 2017, the actor made headlines when he came forward about his own experience with sexual assault.
In the wake of the #MeToo movement and numerous allegations against Harvey Weinstein, the 56-year-old took to his X account to reveal that he too had been groped by a powerful Hollywood executive at a party in 2016. His posting spree even went on to empathize with the victims but gave everyone a warning.
This whole thing with Harvey Weinstein is giving me PTSD. Why? Because this kind of thing happened to ME.
Crews continued, “I understand and empathize with those who have remained silent. But Harvey Weinstein is not the only perpetrator.” Despite his imposing physical presence, the actor explained that he felt helpless and violated, fearing the repercussions of standing up against a figure with so much influence in the industry. However, he hoped that his decision to speak out would help another victim come forward.
Crews’ conversation may not have directly pointed at Diddy following in Weinstein’s steps. However, his warning could have been heeded for the alleged victims of the music mogul as well. Although the White Chicks star may not have known about what went on behind the scenes at the rapper’s ‘White Parties’, the two stars did cross paths once before in 2013.
Was Terry Crews one of the celebrities at Diddy’s notorious parties?
Ever since the news of Diddy’s arrest and charges made headlines, fans all over the world have wanted to know if their favorite celebrities have been involved in the rapper’s notorious “freak-offs.” Luckily, reports from the Daily Mail ended up revealing some of Hollywood’s elite who had made appearances at the lavish yet controversial rapper’s mansion. Thankfully, Terry Crews was not on that list.
Although Crews and Diddy had starred together in the 2014 film, Draft Day, the two had not gotten close enough for the 56-year-old to attend the music producer’s parties. However, other big stars like Beyonce, Jay Z, Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, Leonardo DiCaprio, Justin Bieber, and even Usher had all been invited to the lavish events.
The attendees of Diddy’s parties immediately wound up getting hate comments online. However, another close friend of the rapper, who had been invited more than once, ended up setting the record straight on what went down at the closed-door event.
