Wednesday
In the last two years, Jenna Ortega has become a Hollywood sensation after her hit roles in Scream and Scream VI, and the hugely successful first season of Netflix’s Wednesday. While many people adore the young actress, some fans can take their admiration too far. According to Screen Rant, a flight attendant revealed her Wednesday-inspired hair style to Jenna Ortega and told her, “You made me do this.”
Initially, the flight attendant was wearing her hair up in a bun, but when she saw Jenna Ortega, she let her hair down to reveal two long braids and short bangs, just like the scream queen’s iconic character Wednesday Addams.
The encounter was certainly weird, but it has become quite common for Jenna Ortega to run into fans or receive strange items from people. She admits that she often finds notes and other things from fans while she is flying, but this moment stood out to her as an especially weird encounter.
At only 20 years old, Jenna Ortega is already making big waves in Hollywood. Even though she has been acting since 2012, it wasn’t until 2022 that she became a household name with her breakout roles in the horror films Scream and X and the horror TV series Wednesday.
In addition to starring in the second season of Wednesday, Jenna Ortega will also help produce the TV series.
In the first season of Wednesday, Jenna Ortega was able to show off her great acting abilities as she navigated a love triangle between two characters and found an unexpected friend in a werewolf. She also choreographed her own dance moves that became a viral sensation, with everyone from Madonna to Lady Gaga recreating the dance on social media.
Wednesday
After the success of the first season, fans are eagerly anticipating season two of Wednesday, but they may have to wait a full year for it to arrive on Netflix.

In addition to starring in the second season of Wednesday, Jenna Ortega will also help produce the TV series. Rather than focusing on Wednesday’s romantic affairs and friendships, the second season will lean more into the horror aspect, which is perfect for the dark and gothic actress.
Jenna Ortega has proven that she loves eerie and twisted horror films, thanks to her outstanding performances in Scream, Scream VI, X, and her cameo in Studio 666. Next up, she will star in Tim Burton’s long-awaited sequel Beetlejuice 2.
Jenna Ortega in Beetlejuice 2
In the upcoming film, Jenna Ortega will play the daughter of Lydia, and will be joined by Winona Ryder and Catherine O’Hara as they reprise their roles from the 1988 film.
Newcomers to the cast include Willem Dafoe, Justin Theroux, and Monica Bellucci – Tim Burton’s real-life girlfriend who will be playing Betelgeuse’s wife. And of course, Michael Keaton will don his black and white suit once again as he plays the hilarious and creepy spirit of Betelgeuse.
Production is currently under way for Beetlejuice 2, and fans can expect it to hit theaters on September 6, 2024. In the meantime, if you see Jenna Ortega on a plane (or anywhere), please try not to weird her out with odd notes or encounters.
