This week’s episode of Agatha All Along finally shed light on Billy’s motives and why he sought out Agatha in the first place. It turns out Billy had some awareness of his true origins all along and was cleverly manipulating Agatha, though she would never admit it.

Billy wasn’t after power. After his conversation with Ralph Bohner, he realized his twin brother was still out there, and his best chance of finding him was through Agatha—one of the last people to see his family alive.

Billy reveals that he can sense Tommy somewhere along the Witches’ Road, but he’s unable to pinpoint his location. There’s strong speculation that both Billy (Wiccan) and Tommy (Speed) will have significant roles in the MCU’s future, particularly with the Young Avengers storyline. But what are the chances of seeing Tommy in Agatha All Along?

After analyzing the likelihood, we concluded that Tommy will probably make a brief cameo or have a minor role, rather than being a central figure in the show. Additionally, there are rumors of an upcoming project centered on Wiccan’s search for Tommy, suggesting that the reunion may not happen by the end of Agatha All Along.

Joe Locke, who portrays Billy Maximoff/Kaplan/Wiccan in the series, recently spoke with Variety and shed some light on his character’s journey after the big reveal. When asked if Tommy would appear, Locke’s response was just as we expected:

I can’t answer that. Well, I know the answer, but I can’t tell you. There are still a few secrets in there.

Showrunner Jac Schaeffer offered an equally cryptic response:

It’s just exciting to finally be able to level with the audience that his desire is a reunion with his brother

Some fan theories have speculated that Ralph Bohner could be a reincarnated version of Tommy Maximoff, but this seems unlikely—unless someone managed to cast a sigil on him as well.
