‘Agatha All Along’ recently finished its 9 episodes. The show nicely wrapped up Agatha’s story while still leaving the door open for her to come back later if needed.

One of the strongest magic users in the MCU is now dead (at least in ghost form), making way for a new character—Joe Locke’s Wiccan, also known as Billy Maximoff.

Since the MCU is now focusing more on magic and the occult, we can expect to see more teamwork between characters who use magic.

Joe Locke also wants this, as he recently said in a Deadline interview that he would like Billy to meet Doctor Strange.

DEADLINE: Looking ahead, is there any Marvel character or Avenger, maybe aside from, Wanda, that you would want to work with in the MCU in a project?

LOCKE: I think Billy would learn a lot from Doctor Strange or someone. He’s such a young magic person who knows what they’re doing. Obviously, in the comics, they have a connection. So I think that would be cool, but who knows?

The idea of a collaboration between Wiccan and Doctor Strange makes sense. Billy will likely want to learn more about his mother, and Strange is one of the last people who saw her alive.

Plus, Strange would be a much better mentor for Wiccan than Agatha was. Episodes 8 and 9 showed that Wiccan has become one of the most powerful characters in the MCU, with reality-warping abilities that are off the charts. Agatha doesn’t have that level of dangerous magic, and let’s be honest, she isn’t the best role model for Billy.
