We’re now past the halfway mark of Agatha All Along, and it’s high time one of the show’s biggest mysteries gets resolved. Since the first two episodes premiered, fans have been speculating about the Teen’s identity.

If you’re a comic book fan and have been following our weekly updates, you probably had an idea from the very beginning. However, not everyone appreciates having the show spoiled weeks ahead of time.

In any case, the Teen, Agatha’s familiar, has been confirmed to be Wiccan, also known as Billy Kaplan or Billy Maximoff, who is Wanda’s reincarnated son (yes, it’s complicated, both in the comics and in the MCU).

Episode 5 of Agatha All Along sees the coven approaching their third trial. This time, it’s Agatha’s turn to prove herself, as the trial in question is the Trial of Spirit.

As a Spirit Witch, Agatha must sit down with the coven and use an Ouija board to contact the spirits, but specific rules must be followed.

The first “spirit” to contact the group is Mrs. Hart, but the ritual quickly descends into chaos when Agatha’s mother, Evanora Harkness, possesses her daughter and begins attacking the coven.

Evanora explains that to resolve this trial, they need to leave Agatha with her. The group is uneasy with this notion but reluctantly agrees. As Evanora takes control of her daughter’s body again, Alice Wu attempts to save Agatha by using her fire magic on her.

Agatha swiftly begins draining Alice’s magic, and the only thing that breaks through to her is Nicholas Scratch, who uses the Ouija board to contact her, yelling “Mom!”

This revelation shakes Agatha back to reality, but unfortunately, she has drained too much power from Alice. Alice lies on the ground, completely depleted of her life essence, her body shriveling like a dried raisin.

The coven is distraught, with the Teen especially affected. He steps outside to confront Agatha about what happened. She claims that he would have done the same thing, saying he is “in it” for the power, and suggests he is just like his mother, implying that the Scarlet Witch also appeared pure on the surface.

Angered, the Teen does something to the ground under Agatha, causing it to start swallowing her whole in a dangerous quicksand. The rest of the coven turns their attention to him.

He uses a bolt of blue magic to push them into the quicksand as well. The episode concludes with the Teen wearing a blue crown that closely resembles the crown worn by the Scarlet Witch, confirming his identity as Wiccan.

We’ve speculated that the Teen is Wiccan based on various clues. A recent teaser showed him unleashing a blue bolt of magic, solidifying our suspicions, as Wiccan is always associated with the color blue in the comics.

Shortly after the episode aired, Marvel posted an article confirming this revelation, so we’re pretty sure.
