It’s Halloween time and people are cosplaying as their favorite… well, whatever it is they like. Sometimes it’s actual people, sometimes it’s fictional characters, non-living beings… whatever it is you want to be, Halloween is the ample time to do so. In light of that, many brilliant (and some not-so-brilliant) cosplay images appear online and that is what we wanted to talk about here.

Namely, you probably know that Starfire is one of the more popular female characters from DC’s comic books and that she is one of the most popular members of the Teen Titans. We have seen animated versions of the character, a live-action version as well, and now – we have a cosplay version.

Namely, a popular (or not so popular, depending on whom you ask), musician decided to cosplay as Starfire for Halloween and she has shared these images online for everyone to see. The fans have their opinion, but a very important person from DC liked them. Could this be a sign of something more?

Musician Megan Thee Stallion is a popular personality in the industry, although not everyone likes her. You either love her, or you hate her, depending on what you think. Her music is popular, she is successful, and you cannot deny that she is a proper media personality and that she knows how to attract attention.

As part of her Halloween celebration, Megan Thee Stallion dressed up as Starfire from DC Comics, and here are the images that she published online:

Whether you liked them or not, the images caused a reaction, and a lot of the musician’s fans have – as you can see in the comments section – reacted positively to these images, which also seem to be inspired by the comics. But, while we can understand that her fans support her, a surprising filmmaker has also decided to express his enthusiasm over these images, as you can see:

Does this mean anything? Could Megan Thee Stallion be coming to the DCU as Starfire? Well, to be honest, these images are not a clear indication that anything is happening at this time. The Teen Titans aren’t planned for the DCU just yet, and we don’t see this reaction having any deeper meaning, so all of those who are angry with Megan because of the She-Hulk scene needn’t worry at this point.

But, as said, we cannot predict the future, so we don’t really know what it holds for Megan and Starfire in the DCU, but we will keep you up to date, so be sure to keep following us!
