Agatha All Along ended with a bang but it could also mean the end of Kathryn Hahn’s journey in MCU. The actress said she is unaware of the future.
WandaVision was a champion for MCU TV shows which didn’t have much luck except for Loki‘s phenomenal success. Apart from Wanda Maximoff’s incredibly twisted and complicated character, another character that shined in the show was Agatha Harkness.
Her popularity among fans of the series prompted a spin-off miniseries revolving around the witch’s backstory and adventures. Agatha All Along may have elicited mixed reactions initially, but the show quickly proved its worth to fans who fell in love with the coven. However, Kathryn Hahn’s recent comment about her character has fans worried this could be her final MCU stint.

Unsurprisingly, MCU fans have found their latest obsession with Jac Schaeffer‘s miniseries Agatha All Along. A continuation of the events at Westview after the town painfully recovered from Wanda Maximoff’s hex, the show primarily focused on one fan-favorite character.
Appearing as an antagonist to Elizabeth Olsen‘s Scarlett Witch, Agatha Harkness managed to woo not only the townspeople but also the viewers. Kathryn Hahn together with Joe Locke, Aubrey Plaza, and others managed to change the audiences’ opinion about the spin-off.
However, the Bad Moms actress recently revealed something about her character’s imminent future that spooked fans. While speaking about her experience on the show with the Los Angeles Times, Hahn mentioned she achieved all that she wanted as an actor via the show.
I felt like I had a chance to do it all. But it really just reopened my hunger and love for performing. I do feel like this is exactly the part I’m supposed to play at this period of my life.
The Mrs. Fletcher actress also touched on the unique dynamic her onscreen character shared with Locke, aka Billy. But along with declaring her love for her co-star, Hahn also noted that the ending felt perfect to her for her character.
Of course, I love this part and I love Joe Locke madly, and we’ll see what the future holds. In my mind, this was a beautiful and satisfying way to say goodbye to this incredible character I had to play.
She further stated she didn’t know what the future held for Agatha, but according to her, the finale felt like a beautiful wrap. Her final statement felt like a farewell to the iconic character who managed to win over the fans so quickly.
The witch might not return? Maybe or maybe not

Hahn revealed she loved working on the show and felt her onscreen character was beyond impressive, but this does not guarantee her return. Agatha All Along could possibly be Hahn’s last hurrah in the MCU and she might not reprise her role for future projects.
The Crossing Jordan actress also confessed that she was not approached by the franchise for any other projects at the moment. However, the show did end with the witch and Billy’s ghostly apparitions going on another adventure to seek the latter’s twin brother, suggesting there is more to come.
The show also went on to become a huge success among MCU fans who had slowly begun to lose hope with the franchise producing reliable TV content. On Rotten Tomatoes, the series managed to achieve a rank of 83% with mostly positive reviews.

Although, the actress said she is unaware of the future of Agatha in the MCU it’s most likely not going to be bleak. Owing to her popularity and the miniseries’ success, Kevin Feige will be making a huge mistake by missing out on character.
