The latest trailer hints that Daryl Dixon‘s characters are about to converge, especially now that Carol is aware the Pouvoir knows who Daryl is. Given that Codron has been ruthlessly tortured by Genet, who is still searching for where the Nest is located, it’s possible he’ll end up becoming an ally to the secondary protagonist. Having been influenced by Laurent to turn against the antagonistic group, his presence could result in the titular character getting reunited with his longtime survival partner.

In the meantime, Daryl’s attempts to save Laurent will seemingly not go as planned, with the trailer confirming his ceremony is going to go forward. Isabelle can be seen in attendance, meaning she might be the only one who can rescue her nephew from the Nest. Given that Daryl Dixon season 3 will be moving its story to Spain, anything could happen to the young boy within the next few episodes.
