Though not much personal information about Graves was revealed, she alleges that she was lured into a meeting with Diddy and his bodyguard Sherman in regard to her then-boyfriend, who was reportedly employed at Bad Boy Records.

Graves believes that she was likely drugged en route, causing her to lose consciousness. The lawsuit states that Graves awoke to find herself naked, bound at Bad Boy Records studio in New York City, and was then allegedly r*ped and assaulted multiple times.

During the press conference, Graves, represented by attorney Gloria Allred, detailed the lasting emotional, psychological, and physical harm she has suffered, including PTSD, depression, and chronic pain.
