Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is one of the most-anticipated souls-like releases of this year. Despite confirming a 2025 release, the developers never came out with an exact release window, but we might finally have a clue thanks to their new financial statement.
According to the report Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is set to release somewhere in Q3 2025, through which 505 Games and Digital Bros. are expecting a boost in revenue.
Why it matters: The title is heavily inspired by Ninja Gaiden and Dark Souls. Also, the trailers have truly stunned, making it a hyped affair among the fans of souls-like games.
The financial statement reveals that the studio expects its revenue to increase in Q1 of the next fiscal year which begins from July 1 and ends on September 31. This is the period when they plan to release Wuchang: Fallen Feathers.
Moreover, the title has already attracted over 95,000 followers on Steam and it doesn’t even have a release date yet. This and the positive reception from the previews combined suggest that the game will be a big hit for the studio.
It was also revealed last month that the title has now been upgraded to Unreal Engine 5. So, we can expect much better graphics, but it could still come with all the unwanted stuff that this engine brings.
