Let’s hope Helen Hunt’s Starbucks barista at least got her drink right.

In an anecdote shared on Twitter, the actress said she ordered a drink at Starbucks and asked if the employee needed her name for the cup. The barista “winked and said, ‘We gotcha,’” Hunt wrote on Twitter. But when Hunt’s iced beverage arrived, it bore the (misspelled) name of her apparant doppelgänger: Jodie Foster.

It’s not the first time blonde, Oscar-winning actress Hunt (As Good as It Gets) has been confused for blonde, Oscar-Winning actress Foster (The Accused, The Silence of the Lambs). In a 1994 appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman, the Mad About You star spoke about the consequences of her rising fame. “My life has changed a little bit,” Hunt told Letterman. “I’m recognized now for being who I am, rather than: ‘I went to college with you’ or ‘Did you used to date my cousin?’ or ‘Are you Jodie Foster?’ — which I got for a long time.”

Hunt recalled checking out at a supermarket, and the clerk decided not to charge her, thinking she was Foster. “The guy is checking me out, and says, ‘You’re Jodie Foster.’ And I said, ‘I’m actually not, thank you.’ ‘No you are, I know you’re Jodie Foster.’ ‘I’m begging you, I’m not, I’m really not,’” Hunt told Letterman. She eventually showed him her driver’s license, and the clerk decided to charge her after all.
