Brad Pitt’s former girlfriend, Sinitta, revealed a fan got very physical out of jealousy.
Brad Pitt had a lot of high-profile flings before his marriage with Angelina Jolie, a relationship that eventually ended in divorce. One of his most notable ex-girlfriends was the singer Sinitta. They had an on-and-off romance in the past, which also ended in separation.
They were definitely an item back in the 80s when Pitt was only starting to build his career as an actor. Meanwhile, the singer was already a household name in the industry.
Sinitta Describes Her Two-Year Romance With Brad Pitt
During her interview on I’m A Celebrity via Huffington Post, Sinitta revealed what it was like to date Brad Pitt. She also recalled one incident she will never forget.
“He was fun, he was young and very sweet. Some ardent fan gave me a slap when I came out of a supermarket over that relationship! It was before he made Thelma and Louise but even I saw that movie and thought, oh my god, what have I done!”
When asked what Pitt looked like without his clothes, the singer said, “Hot. He was beautiful with the most amazing body. I saw him for two years.”
In another conversation with Absolute Radio, she described how Pitt was a good combo of a serious man and a fun one.
“He was a little bit serious, but he was also a lot of fun, a good mixture. That’s what clicked about us, we met and not in the way you think, literally rolling around the floor in the Albert Hall on our first date, and I was like, ‘That’s a lot of fun.’ He was really good fun, that’s all we were then, not really too serious.”
Even though the relationship only lasted for two years, Sinitta expressed how much she enjoyed being with Pitt while they were together.
What Was The Reason Of Their Breakup?
While speaking with New Magazine via OK, the singer revealed she was not really bothered whether Pitt was a great actor or not. She only found him very attractive enough to date.
“To be honest, he was just a jobbing actor. He was in Dallas for a bit, but I never watched that, so I didn’t know or care if he was a good actor or not, he was just a really cute, fun guy who I fancied.”
She also talked about how the long-distance relationship took a toll on her, and the reason why they had to go on separate ways.
“It was a long-distance thing for too long. He was based in LA and had to be there for auditions and filming, whereas I was always off on tour. And I need my men to be around and be with me. We didn’t have the internet or WhatsApp back in the late 80s, all we had in those days was a fax or a phone or an answer machine.”
Without the advantages of technology today, Sinitta found it difficult and expensive to call her ex-boyfriend through hotel phones and send 40-page faxes at night.
