She appeared to be in good spirits as she grinned from the passenger seat of the white $220K Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG, allowing Paul, 37, to take charge behind the steering wheel.

The (You Drive Me) Crazy singer’s blonde hair was somewhat disheveled, making her look carefree and relaxed.

Paul was less jovial than his A-list girlfriend, instead sporting a more serious and focused expression on his face as he concentrated on the road.

A source told Dailymail.com that she was in the company of Paul, and that both appeared to be significantly intoxicated and had been refused additional drinks by the bar staff.

‘One thing was certain: they certainly didn’t need any more alcohol,’ the source shared.

Britney sparked concern among her fans earlier on Monday when she said on Instagram that she ‘might have to get surgery’ on her ankle.

‘I feel that I was harassed and gaslit and tricked to go on the street when my car was supposed to be there!!! I was in my pajamas and yes, I had been crying because I hurt my foot,’ she wrote on Instagram.

Soliz was connected to Spears when he worked as her cleaner and handyman, though the two later allegedly struck up a romantic connection.

Nicole told DailyMail.com that he had cheated on her with the pop star, and she claimed that even though he allegedly hasn’t paid child support for his nine children, he still tries to see her occasionally at her mother’s home in Sylmar.

‘Just let them know that my husband fell in Britney Spears’ p****. He was married, and now he denies his children,’ Mancilla said. ‘He neglects his children for her.’
