On Friday, Aug. 16, the “Before He Cheats” songstress took to Instagram with a clip of her performing “Last Name.” Underwood donned a white shirt with a multi-colored blazer covered in rhinestones that created a floral pattern overtop. She paired it with teeny-tiny jean shorts and denim boots that reached her knees.
