The 55-year-old actress attended the Giorgio Armani Privé Haute Couture fall/winter 2024-2025 show as part of Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday, June 25 accompanied by her 16-year-old son. In a TikTok shared by French outlet Gala, Blanchett and Ignatius are seen sitting front row as fellow guests come up to greet them.

The mother-son were also dressed in coordinating black and white outfits. Blanchett wore an all-black ensemble while Ignatius opted for a cream-colored suit and white button-down shirt underneath. He accessorized with some silver necklaces.

Blanchett’s monochromatic look consisted of a structured corset top with a plunging neckline and embroidered trousers. She also wore black pointed-toe pumps, a black blazer over her shoulders and a pair of black sunglasses. The Oscar winner went sans jewelry and kept her short, blonde bob swept back into a messy-chic style.

This isn’t the first time Blanchett has taken Ignatius to work with her. The actress told PEOPLE that her son got to watch her perform in a A Streetcar Named Desire in Sydney in 2009.

“[Ignatius] actually watched the show backstage, which is a really interesting and exciting place with people putting on makeup and costumes and so [the kids] love it,” she said at the time.

Blanchett shares Ignatius with her husband Andrew Upton. The couple, who married in 1997, share two other sons — Dashiell, 22 and Roman, 20 — as well as a daughter Edith, 9.

The Ocean’s 8 star previously explained that her third son’s name came comes from the children’s novel series, Captain Underpants.

“I was eight months pregnant and hallucinating, and there’s a section in the book where he gets so upset that everyone teases him because his name is Professor Pee-Pee Poopypants that he forces the world to change their names,” she explained. “They have this interior code, and they give these examples of names. You go down to ‘I’ and the example is Ignatius. It was like the Virgin Mary going ‘Boom!’ “
