The sinister trailer for American Horror Story: Delicate Part 2 was released on Wednesday, just hours before the show returns to screens.
In the newly dropped preview, Kim Kardashian, 43, returns as the cunning and suspicious publicist Siobhan Corbyn.
She is seen consoling – but likely gaslighting – Emma Roberts, 33, who portrays the pregnant movie star Anna Victoria Alcott.
The trailer begins with a startling close-up shot of Cara Delevingne — the 31-year-old actress plays nurse Ivy Ehrenreich in the horror series — looking down and screaming: ‘Push!’

Other ominous figures stand behind her in matching black, feathered headpieces and costumes.
A frazzled Anna sits down at dinner as she shares her concerns about her unborn baby to Siobhan, who dismisses her worries as paranoia.
‘They’re doing something to my baby,’ Anna tells her publicist.
A disbelieving Siobhan asks her, confused: ‘Who’s they?’
The lyrics of the the background music seems to answer the question as an eerie voice sings: ‘Something in the shadow.’
Ivy and two other spooky figures float down a blood red hallway before repetitive, scary scenes show a frightened Anna in a dark room.
Then, Annabelle Dexter-Jones, who plays an unusual artist named Sonia Shawcross with a striking black bob with blunt bangs, is seen. She also plays Dex Harding’s (Matt Czuchry) first wife Adeline Harding, who died prior to him marrying Anna.
Sonia flashes a bone-chilling grin across her face and holds up a knife to a woman with a blonde pixie cut.

Let’s play,’ she says.
Chilling black text on a red background then read: ‘What’s coming can’t be stopped.’
Anna is also seen in a hot tub during a short clip as she turns around in horror and then disappears under the water.
Siobhan is then seen in sterile white room in an unrecognizable look as she transforms into a villain wearing a black gown and feathered headpiece with actresses Billie Lourd and Leslie Grossman standing beside her.
‘Sometimes you have to snap a few necks,’ the publicist-turned-antagonist says as a eerily long hand begins to dig a sharp nail into Denis O’Hare’s neck.
Anna’s husband’s late wife Adeline Harding reemerges and is then then seen cracking her neck in a discomforting manner while wearing a dark cloak.
Cue various quickly cut and shocking scenes of Anna screaming as she goes through labor and prepares to deliver her baby while surrounded by dark figures.
Once again, Ivy is seen screaming for her to push as seen in the first scene of the trailer.
