Bensler seems to be besties in real life, too, and fans can never get enough of the pair. 

Both Mariska Hargitay and Christopher Meloni have graduates this year, and they brought their families to one place to celebrate together!

In new photos Meloni uploaded to Instagram on Monday, June 10, the two Law & Order: Special Victims Unit stars’ children can be seen posing in a selfie-style capture snapped by his daughter Sophia, 23.

While the young woman was celebrating graduating from college, Hargitay’s son August, 17, is marking his high school graduation as he prepares to head off to pursue higher education of his own.

The slideshow of images also featured cameos from fellow actors of the long-running police procedural series Peter Scanavino (A.D.A. Sonny Carisi Jr.) and Isabel Gillies (Kathy Stabler), the latter of whom played the character of Meloni’s Detective Elliott Stabler’s wife.

Sophia and Mariska seem to have a close loving relationship, as the young woman can be seen holding her face in one of the captures, while putting her arm on her shoulder in another.

The last snap of the gallery included the graduate squeezed in between her dad and mom Sherman Williams as they all beamed.

“Graduates Hugs #celebration,” the Law & Order: Organized Crime actor captioned the social media upload, before adding a nod to “#Allthebeautifulwomeninmylife @isabelgillies @therealmariskahargitay @sophiaemeloni.”

“Elliot, Olivia and Kathy together,” one fan noticed in the comment section of the star-studded reunion photos.

“Congratulations!!!!!! Literally the best family/Friend hang out,” another gushed.

“Peter Scanavino being there is so sweet! Old School and New School SVU cast!” another viewer of the show exclaimed, while someone else joked, “🎓🎉❤️ I want more Isabel pictures!!! Oooh how about with Sherman and Isabel, your two wives 😂 😮 Congratulations to the kids.”

Meanwhile, an additional comment called the memories “adorable.”

As for Hargitay, she recently opened up during an interview on Live With Kelly and Mark last month, joking with the talk show hosts about her close bond with her son, “Wherever he goes to college, I am buying an apartment.”
