FANS will have to be patient for a little while longer to play EA Sports College Football 25 online.

The highly anticipated college football video game has run into online server issues which has caused plenty of mayhem.

College Football 25 doesn’t officially come out until Friday, July 19th but fans were able to play the video game on Monday if they purchased the premium edition version which costs an extra $30.

Those people had bought the MVP bundle with Madden 25 or had EA Play early access.

The early access window for College Football 25 officially opened up at 4 pm ET on Monday as fans were gearing up to play online modes.

However, fans were greeted with error messages that displayed that the EA servers were down due to the massive number of people attempting to play online.

Fans were in a rage at the fact the servers were down within five minutes of the College Football 25’s release.

“I’m absolutely crying,” one commented.

“What a shocker,” another wrote.

“Idk why I thought the game would actually be playable today,” a third said.

“EA gonna EA,” a fourth added.

New games usually have server problems as it was expected that College Football 25 would have online issues on Monday.

It’s safe to assume EA will address the matter soon.

However, the video game will be available to every single individual who purchased it on Friday – and a similar issue will likely occur.

EA has released College Football 25 this week after 11 years of inactivity.

The previous video game came out in 2014 and went under the “NCAA Football” title.

The demise of the game occurred after the college athletics and the legal environment.

The new edition of the video game franchise will feature real college football players instead of using their likenesses.

Gamers will get to play with their favorite school and have the chance to build a program into the next dynasty or create the next star to win the Heisman Trophy.

The game will be fully released at midnight ET on Friday.

The deluxe version and MVP bundle can be digitally pre-ordered up until July 18.

The standard version costs $69.99, the deluxe edition is $99.99 and the MVP bundle is $149.99.
