Jesse Lee Soffer – JOINING
He will not reprise his longtime character Detective Jay Halstead from Chicago P.D., however. Instead, he will play an all-new character that has yet to be revealed.
Luke Kleintank as Special Agent Scott Forrester – LEFT
Luke is not coming back as Scott Forrester after Season 3.

Lastly, I would also like to extend my thanks to the fans who have supported us through the first three seasons.”
Heida Reed, who played Special Agent Jamie Kellett on FBI: International since its debut in 2021, left the show in Season 3, and won’t be back for Season 4.
Sources confirmed to Deadline last December that her departure was reportedly “a creative decision.”
Teri Polo as Tess Chaplain – EXPECTED TO RETURN
Meet the Parents star Teri Polo joined the Season 3 cast of FBI: International at the end of Season 3 as Tess, and is expected to return for additional episodes in Season 4.
The Chicago Med and Arrowverse alum appeared in the final two episodes of FBI: International Season 3 as Supervisory Special Agent Brian Lange. It has not yet been confirmed if he’ll be returning to the role in Season 4.
Vinessa Vidotto as Special Agent Cameron Vo – EXPECTED TO RETURN
Vinessa is expected back as Cameron Vo for Season 4.
Carter Redwood as Special Agent Andre Raines – EXPECTED TO RETURN
Carter is expected to reprise his role as Andrew Raines for the fourth season.
Eva-Jane Willis as Europol Agent Megan “Smitty” Garretson – EXPECTED TO RETURN
Eva-Jane is expected back in Season 4 as Megan “Smitty” Garretson, having began on the show in Season 2.
Christina Wolfe as Special Agent Amanda Tate – EXPECTED TO RETURN
Christina Wolfe joined the CBS procedural as a series regular in Season 3 as FBI Special Agent Amanda Tate, and is expected to return for Season 4.
