The term “nepo baby” is being used a lot now and is linked to those famous personalities who either have a famous parent, a famous relative, or a famous spouse who made it easier for them to set foot in the entertainment industry. Hailey Bieber is seen flaunting this exact term on her shirt as she got snapped by the paparazzi.

While a lot of fans know Hailey Bieber as the wife of extremely popular singer Justin Bieber, she had yet another famous last name before she got married. She is the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin who is known for movies like The Usual Suspects. Bieber also has a set of famous uncles, including the popular Alec Baldwin.

Since a lot of celebrities have been getting caught in the uproar against nepotism, Bieber decided to clap back at the comments being made about her privilege. However, while she didn’t say out loud how she felt about the situation, she quite frankly didn’t have to – her outfit did all the talking.

Stepping out on January 06, Bieber was snapped wearing the classic combination of blue jeans and a white cropped T-shirt. However, this outfit turned out to be a topic of discussion as Bieber flaunted the words “Nepo Baby” in the front and center of the tee. This could be the model’s way of stating that she owns the title and that haters cannot put her down. However, her little statement didn’t go too well with the audience as people took to Twitter to call her out.

It looks like things didn’t go exactly how Bieber thought they would. The “nepo baby” discussion is still pretty heated and her outfit seems to have fuelled the fire further.

This isn’t the first time Bieber’s linked to a piece of news about nepotism. Actress Gwyneth Paltrow appeared on Bieber’s YouTube talk show, Who’s in My Bathroom? The two discussed a lot of things, one of them being the merits and demerits of nepotism. Paltrow, who is the daughter of filmmaker Bruce Paltrow and actress Blythe Danner, stated that she “had a lot of success really young.”

Bieber asked her guest if the fame of Paltrow’s parents had any impact on her rise to fame. To this, the Iron Man actress stated that while her parents’ popularity might have helped her unfairly get her foot through the door, she had to work twice as hard to reach the levels of success she has reached in her career.

“I think it’s fair. As the child of someone, you get access other people don’t have, so the playing field is not level in that way. However, I really do feel that once your foot is in the door, which you unfairly got in, then you almost have to work twice as hard to be twice as good…People are ready to pull you down and say, ‘ You don’t belong there,’ or ‘You are only there because of your dad or your mom.’”

Paltrow finished off her statement by saying that no matter what other people have to say about you, it shouldn’t negatively impact your decisions, especially if it’s coming from people who don’t know you. Bieber clearly agrees with her guest as she added that she needed to hear those words that day. Bieber is yet to officially make a statement about the recent “Nepo Babies” discussion.
