JADEN Smith has hit back at body shamers while revealing his dramatic fitness transformation.

The 25-year-old rapper slammed critics who shared photos online of him looking slimmer while performing at Coachella in 2019.

Jaden shared a comparison post on X, formerly known as Twitter, showing him in 2019 and a bulkier version of him today.

In the recent photo, the son of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith has displayed his bulging biceps and abs.

The actor, who was wearing a pair of blue swimming shorts, posed in between a weight lifting machine.

Jaden captioned the snaps: “Haters Will Post The One On The Left And Ignore The One On The Right.

“Like [vomit emoji], Damn Can A Man Have His Phases.”

Fans flooded the comments with their praise, with one writing, “Welcome back karate kid,” and another adding: “He is evolving.”

In 2019, Will and Jada admitted that they had an intervention with Jaden as he wasn’t getting enough protein through his vegan diet.

Jada said on Red Table Talk: “He just looked drained. He was just depleted. He wasn’t getting enough nutrients.”

Jaden himself admitted he sometimes only had one meal a day.

“I’ve tried to eat vegan meals. I’ll go vegan for a week or so, but for the past year I’ve been vegetarian,” he said.

“I was just eating, like, two meals a day, you know. And maybe one. Maybe just that one big meal and I’m like, ‘Oh, you know, I didn’t get around to it.'”

The actor has now gained 10 pounds and put on muscle after working with doctors to get more vitamins in his diet.

CONCERNING POST
Last month, Jaden sparked concern after sharing several snaps of himself posing in what looked like a hotel in Milan, Italy.

Fans were disturbed by what appeared to be paramedics seen through the window in the background in the next room.

The personnel could be seen entering the room with medical bags strapped to their backs.

He shared the photos after attending the Moncler x Pharrell Williams event during Milan Fashion Week.

Jaden deleted the post from his Instagram feed days later.

Days later, he was caught singing in the street with a group of friends.

The Karate Kid actor belted out the lyrics to songs from High School Musical while carrying a glass of champagne in his hand.

Jaden was also spotted trying to keep a low profile while smoking a suspicious-looking cigarette.

He kept to an all denim ensemble, with a standard pair of blue jeans matched with a jean jacket.
