Disturbing news from foreign media.  Johnny Depp , the idol of women and one of the best actors of his generation, has become a complete bankrupt. According to  Rolling Stone,  the actor lost a fortune estimated at over 2 billion zlotys. How did this happen? It turns out that the actor tried to blame one of his agents for everything – unfortunately, the sad truth is completely different.

It turns out that the path to complete bankruptcy has been going on for almost a decade. Depp has a history of spending money in a compulsive manner – on things he doesn’t need at all, on exclusive prostitutes, not insignificantly expensive alcohol , estates, yachts… The list could go on and on. He also has a problem with drug and alcohol abuse – at least that’s what people around him say.

The actor sued his manager, who sent a counter-suit to the court : he accuses the actor of spending two million a month in a completely uncontrolled manner, and Depp accuses him of negligence, embezzlement and… theft. The company that handled the actor’s finances is currently being audited by the Department of Justice.

How did Depp spend his fortune? He spent more than $75 million on a dozen mansions, $3 million on shooting his friend’s ashes into the air from a cannon, and $7,000 on a couch for his daughter, Lily Rose-Depp , who was from the set of  Keeping it up with the Kardashians. Johnny also spent about $200,000 a month on private jets that he used to travel around the world. He also acquired more than 200 works of art, including works by Jean-Michel Basquiat and Andy Warhol .

When accused of spending $30,000 a month on wine, he replied:

I think it’s offensive, he said, before adding, I’ve spent a lot more on it.
