As Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex trafficking arrest and indictment continues to play out on the public stage, there is at least one celebrity who probably won’t be speaking out: Justin Bieber. According to an insider, the singer is “completely disgusted” with Combs and, despite the fact that they collaborated pretty recently, it appears that he plans to distance himself from the rapper as much as possible.

The source said Bieber wants ‘nothing to do’ with Combs.

Following Combs’ arrest on sex trafficking and racketeering charges last month, Bieber has been silent in general, and it doesn’t sound like that’s going to change anytime soon, according to what a source close to Bieber told Us Weekly.

“Justin has been advised to stay as far away as possible from anything and everything related to Diddy,” the source said.

This hasn’t been an easy situation for Bieber to navigate.

The insider went on to say that it’s important to Bieber to “protect himself.”

Another source said, “Justin is in a hard place mentally right now. He has such a history with Diddy and the allegations against him have been hard to process.”

Bieber once had close ties to Combs.

Bieber has a long history with Combs, going all the way back to his teenage years when he was first working with Usher to break into the music industry. But at this point, he wants to let the past be the past.

“It’s in his past, and that’s where he wants to leave it,” a third source told Us Weekly.

This report comes as an old video of Combs and Bieber went viral.

In the video, which was originally taken in 2021, Combs appears to be patting Bieber down to figure out if he’s wearing a wire. At one point, he asks Bieber a question, to which he responds “no.”

The video circulating again has raised a lot of questions and speculation about what Bieber may have been subjected to at a young age while being part of Combs’ inner circle.

Bieber has been preoccupied with a major life change recently.

He and wife Hailey Bieber welcomed their first child into the world at the end of August: a baby boy named Jack Blues Bieber. As one source told Us Weekly in the same report, above all else, he’s “thrilled to be a dad.”

“His happiness being a dad has outweighed his anxiety about Diddy,” the insider added.
