He said, ‘Boy’s when I go, I’m going to be makin’ love to your mother.’ He called his shot. 6:30 AM on a Monday morning. He had a heart fibrillation.

The paramedics were covering him and all the neighbors were out in the street, and he’s going down the garage. What’s the sensible thing to do at 7 AM? Cover him. My mom’s out there half-naked, ripping the sheet off, going, ‘Get that sheet off him; you’re gonna see how big Jim went out!’

Stern joked, “I hoped he had a boner at that point,” to which the actor laughed and said, “I do too.”

Although the news of Jim McConaughey was tragic, the way he went out was indeed hilarious, and fans had some hilarious remarks to drop in the comments section.
