A suspect has been named in the death of rapper Chris King.

The musician, who was killed during an alleged robbery over the weekend, was eulogized by friends and peers including Justin Bieber.

Nashville police are looking for 19-year-old Adrian Cameron Jr. in connection with Saturday morning’s robbery-related shooting of the artist, whose real name was Christopher Creeks.

The 32-year-old was killed in an alleyway outside of a music studio.

Homicide Unit and Specialized Investigations detectives issued a warrant for Adrian after the teen was identified as one of three suspects involved in the gunfire that killed Chris.

Another 29-year-old male was also injured in the shooting.

The suspect already has an arrest record.

“Cameron was out on bond for the September 2021 murder of Josh Evans,” police said in a statement obtained by The U.S. Sun.

“As a part of his bond conditions, Cameron was on an ankle monitor.

“Data from the monitor shows it was cut off shortly after Saturday’s shooting.”

REMEMBERANCES

Chris gained popularity by collaborating with fellow musical artist Trippie Redd, and was once a roommate with Justin.

The Sorry singer posted a video on his Instagram Stories of him and Chris in a warm embrace.

“Love you, bro,” he captioned the post.

“This one hurts, please keep his family in your prayers,” Justin told his followers.

“See you in paradise, brother,” Justin concluded.

Trippie Redd posted several to his Instagram featuring Chris with Justin.

“I am so hurt [right now] I can’t even think,” the rapper lamented.

“I love you, bro, come back!” Trippie Red shared adding several broken heart emojis.

CRIME SCENE

Chris was in Tennessee to perform last Friday night at the Nashville Cannafest.

According to police, he and two other friends were approached by a trio of men outside of a local music studio.

The group, apparently including Adrian, began interacting with Chris and his friends, before suddenly trying to rob them.

As the friends started to run, shots rang out.

The unnamed 29-year-old, who was also injured in the shooting, told authorities three suspects were “hanging out cordially” with their group before things took a violent turn.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
