SCAMMERS have targeted Britney Spears’ childhood home as the $1.2 million property struggles to find a buyer since being listed on the market.

The piece of music history was put up for sale in October, with some potential buyers pitching ideas of converting it into a modern-day Graceland.

The property, located in Kentwood, Louisiana, about 10 minutes south of the Mississippi border, holds a special place in Spears’ life after moving to the estate in the 1980s at age 3.

The pop superstar, 42, spent her adolescent years living in the single-story home, which remained in the family until 2021 when dad Jamie Spears sold it for $289,000.

Exclusive photos obtained by The U.S. Sun show that the Toxic singer’s childhood home has been kept in its antique condition, as it was when Spears lived there.

Pictures show the modest ranch home, which is nestled on almost two acres of land in the rural south, with pro-Trump flags flying above it.

Inside and out, the residence, which was built in 1979, has not changed much since Spears’ time there.

Realtor Yvonne Hulsey told The U.S. Sun the home comes fully furnished, “There’s a lot of furnishes that’s still history to the house when Britney was a child.

“There’s writing on the concrete when the sidewalks were poured.

“There’s graffiti on one of the closet doors where it says, ‘Christina [Aguilera] sucks, and Britney rocks.’

“They were rivals, I guess when they were little, and I think they’re pretty good friends now.”

ICONIC PROPERTY

Hulsey, who was also the selling agent when the house was sold in 2021, said Jamie Spears left behind various belongings.

“When Mr. Spears vacated the premises he left several things that were historical to the childhood home,” Hulsey told The U.S. Sun.

“Chairs, sofas, end tables, knickknacks, things of that sort, nothing really personal to Britney, but I guess to the family.”

In fact, the original dance studio where Britney’s love for dancing flourished remains untouched.

“Her dance studio, all the mirrors are still intact, the floor, and everything is still intact when Britney left it,” Hulsey said.

But despite the new owner leaving the Spears family’s furnishings pristine, Hulsey said she’s struggled to find a buyer since listing the home on the real estate market eight months ago.

The realtor said scammers have tried to get their hands on the iconic property.

“I’ve had a lot of activity, but I haven’t had a solid buyer yet,” she said.

“A lot of scammers, but I don’t have anything locked in yet.

“There are people that are interested in turning it into a bed and breakfast or a museum.

“You know, being an iconic property, there’s been a lot of interest. I just don’t have anything solid.”

‘THE COOL HOUSE’

Britney Spears’ childhood home features 2,200 square feet of living space and boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The bedroom, believed to belong to Spears before her heyday, still features NSYNC stickers and other ’90s pop decor.

Inside the home, photos show original artwork by the Grammy winner during her youth days, including a drawing of a house with flowers and mountains in the background and a picture that reads, “Jesus loves me!”

Spears opens up about her upbringing in the Kentwood home in her tell-all memoir, The Woman In Me.

Spears referred to her childhood home as a “zoo” but added that it was also, “for lack of a better word, the cool house.”
