During his recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the rapper, whose real name Calvin Broadus, while praising firefighters, said, “They don’t never get no credit, and they always show up and they do what’s best.”
“And when the job is over with, it’s like they’re forgotten about,” the Young, Wild & Free rapper continued, saying, “But we need to give them a lot of praise right now – I give them a lot.”
Elsewhere in the conversation, Snoop indicated he would be open to participating in a benefit concert to help raise funds for victims of the wildfires too.
“There was talks about concerts to raise money for the victims and the people that have lost in this situation,” the 53-year-old rapper added.
According to Snoop Dogg, he would be leaning towards doing a concert where he won’t be paid.
