Like many others, actress Sophie Turner was very obsessed with singer Justin Bieber during her adolescent years. The actress, who bagged a role in Game of Thrones at the age of 13, once compared Bieber to Joffrey Baratheon, a fictional character in the Game of Thrones universe.

When Bieber was a teen, he consistently did many activities that landed him in hot water. Tuner probably made that comparison as young Bieber was a lot like Joffrey Baratheon because of his smug and arrogant attitude, not to mention the striking similarities in their looks.
Sophie Turner compared Justin Bieber to Joffrey Baratheon
Actress Sophie Turner once admitted that she was obsessed with singer Justin Bieber when she was a teenager. In 2014, the actress admitted having a crush on him and even compared the singer to Game of Thrones‘ character Joffrey Baratheon, played by Jack Gleeson (via Vanity Fair),
Given the similarities in the looks and features of the character and the singer, it makes sense why Turner made this comparison.“Maybe when I first joined the show. I was only 13, I was one of those girls that read OK! 12 times a week, and I was all ‘Ooh, Justin Bieber’ – who is the Joffrey Baratheon of our time.”
Sophie Turner had an embarrassing interaction with Justin Bieber
In 2018, Turner appeared on The Late Late Show with James Corden and recalled the time she met Bieber for the first time,
“I have met him once when I was in Miami and we were in this house and I walked upstairs and I was told that Justin was there,” adding, “So I go up there, and he’s sat there, shirtless in a dark room, getting a head massage and I was like, ‘Oh my god! This is amazing.’ So I was like, ‘Hi, nice to meet you, Sophie,’ tried to play it cool, ran into the closet, and cried for like five minutes.”
The actress was there with singer Joe Jonas, her ex-husband, and when Jonas introduced Bieber to her, the actress made a weird awkward gesture with her hands and tongue, which she will never forget.
