Okay, so we didn’t have this on our 2024 Bingo card, but insiders claim Tom Cruise is sort of head-over-heels for his pal Angelina Jolie.

Insiders told Heat Magazine that he insists that Jolie is his “perfect match.”

“Over the past few years, they’ve had conversations about working together, it’s just about finding the right project. And lately, Ange has seemed more open to getting to know him socially, too,” an insider said to the outlet. “Tom raves about Ange’s intellect and what a strong, impressive woman she is. He loves that she’s never really conformed in Hollywood.”

The insider added, “Plus, they’re both such superstars, only a handful of people can truly understand the life they live. That in itself creates a bond.”

And not only is Cruise smitten, but apparently, he has a plan to make this romance bloom.

“His goal right now is to convince her to work with him, then he’ll romance her,” the insider said to the outlet. “He’s being careful not to come on too strong, but he wants to take it out of the friend zone.”

But with any romance Cruise finds himself in, would Scientology break this budding romance? Apparently, that may not be the case, because, Scientology may not be on the list of requirements for a new girlfriend.

“He has no intention of pushing Scientology on her, as he quite astutely knows that it would send an anti-religious Angelina running in the other direction,” they added. “[Either way] their mutual friends could really see this happening.”
