Tom Cruise reportedly mends fences with David Beckham and Victoria Beckham.

Hollywood star Tom Cruise has reportedly reconciled with his former friends, the Beckhams, following an alleged feud. Cruise and the Beckhams reportedly bonded when the celebrity couple decided to move to Los Angeles after David Beckham joined the LA Galaxy squad in 2007. The trio, along with the actor’s ex-wife Katie Holmes, were frequently spotted together.

Over time, their friendship waned, with reports even suggesting that the Top Gun star had not spoken to his former friends for years. However, after he joined the fashion designer’s star-studded 50th birthday bash earlier in April, reports suggest that the actor now seeks to patch things up with his former friends.

Tom Cruise Joined Victoria Beckham’s Birthday Bash

Victoria Beckham celebrated her 50th birthday in April with a lavish star-studded bash joined by multiple stars including the Spice Girls and the Hollywood star Tom Cruise. The latter’s appearance surprised many, given reports of a long-standing rift between him and the Beckhams.

Following the release of the Netflix documentary, Beckham, sources also claimed that Cruise was still holding a grudge against the couple. As per The Mirror, an insider shared that the Mission Impossible star was “hurt” and had no intention to see them again. The source shared,

“Tom did everything for them when they first moved to LA. He practically gave them the keys to the city. He threw them a party to meet everyone important, and the moment they were established they chucked him!”

“He’s still angry and has no intention of being friends again,” the source told the outlet. The report also claimed that the Beckhams have “tested the waters” but their attempts to reconcile have been unsuccessful.

“Tom clearly thinks they should have tried harder,” the source further added. However, recent reports suggest that the actor is reportedly excited and could be open to reconciliation, following his attendance at Posh Spice’s milestone celebration.

Tom Cruise is Delighted to Reconcile With the Beckhams

The Oscar-nominated actor is reportedly delighted to be back on good terms with David Beckham and Victoria Beckham. As per RadarOnline, Cruise had lost hope for reconciling with his old friends after their relationship soured.

“He’d pretty much given up hope they’d ever be friends ever again,” an insider told National Enquirer. However, he got the opportunity to make amends with the couple after he was invited to Beckham’s birthday celebration. “Tom grabbed the olive branch with both hands,” an insider shared

They further stated, “Now he plans on building things back up and sees it as a passport into Posh and Becks’ U.K. cool club!”  The report also states that the Jack Reacher star was “thrilled” to receive an invitation to the pop star’s birthday celebration and is determined to ensure they remain close.
