The woman who Justin Bieber claims concocted a story of him assaulting her outside a New York hotel is denying she caused his reputation any harm.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, lawyers for the woman named Khadidja are asking for all claims to be dismissed as part of Bieber’s $20 million lawsuit.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Bieber is currently suing two social media users who are known as Danielle and Khadidja.

The pop star accuses the defendants of ruining his reputation by posting false claims about him assaulting them in 2014 and 2015. Khadidja, who is represented by powerhouse attorney Neville Johnson, denies all allegations of wrongdoing.

She argues her comments are protected by the first and fourteenth amendments.

Further, her attorney says her remarks were not defamatory. Khadidja says Bieber’s suit is “barred” because the statements he is complaining about “could be interpreted as asserting verifiable facts, those facts are substantially true, and thus cannot give rise to any claim against Defendant.”

The woman also claims that Bieber is a public figure and she “has not published any false statement or implication about” the pop star with actual malice.

“Plaintiff’s Complaint is barred, in whole or in part, because, to the extent that any statements or alleged implications that form the basis for Plaintiff’s Complaint could be interpreted as asserting verifiable facts, those facts are substantially true, and thus cannot give rise to any claim against Defendant,” her filing reads.

The accuser is demanding the entire case be tossed and Bieber take nothing.

As we previously reported, in court documents, Bieber says Danielle claimed that he sexually assaulted her at a Four Seasons Hotel in August, Texas on March 9, 2014.

He says the story can’t be true because he was in Austin, Texas at SXSW and wasn’t near the luxury hotel. Bieber’s attorney said the singer spent the night with his then-girlfriend Selena Gomez.

Khadidja claims on May 5, 2015, Bieber assaulted her around 2:30 AM at the Langham Hotel in New York following the Met Gala. He said the claim was completely impossible and the post was “an elaborate hoax.”

Bieber says he did attend a party at the Langham Hotel but he stayed at a private after-party until 4 AM, making the assault at 2 AM impossible.

Bieber labels Khadidja as a super-fan who waits outside his hotel to try and score a photo. The Baby singer says he never met the woman. He says she even admitted that fact in social media posts that were published after the alleged assault.

Bieber is seeking $20 million in damages, $10 million from each woman.
