The Canadian artist has been in the spotlight for over a decade. His discography shows that his musical career has explored different genres.

Having had to grow publicly and being the most idolized pop star, Justin Bieber has gone through releasing an album every year to have a five-year hiatus to focus on his mental health.

His music has seen some ‘Changes’, from My World (2009) to Justice (2021). The ‘Yummy’ singer’s rebellious and romantic phases have inspired him to write many-hit songs.

The innocent and cute boy then turned into a bad boy, and now wants to deliver a different message through his music.

From Posting Videos On YouTube To Being A Super Star

The starting career of Justin Bieber at 15 years old is way different from someone that would have started today. Through My World and My World 2.0 back in 2009 and 2010Bieber was portrayed as the perfect teenage boy that every girl would fall in love with, and he has had maintained that reputation for several years.

Not until he grew much older and started experimenting with everything that a kid of his age was during that time.

His hit songs Baby and One Less Lonely Girl took his album to the top spots on the US Billboard 200 and internationally.

After many years in the spotlight and having had multiple controversies, including his first public (and messy) relationship, Bieber seemed to lost control of his fame. The media was focused on his wrongdoings and not him as a musician, which affected him more.

His relationship with Selena Gomez led him to create a new album and bounce back. Losing and finally getting back with his album titled Purpose in 2015, he showed a new side that was far from his beginning era.

The singer seemed to have realized that he needed to change personally and professionally to regain his strength reflecting on his past actions and relationships.

Having gone from Baby to Sorry, a new and more matured image emerged. More meaningful songs came out of his newer albums, but with just as catchy music behind them. The Justin that every ‘Belieber’ knew was back.

Justin Bieber Returns After 5 Years

Even though the Biebs was seemed to be doing better, he had to take a hiatus from the music industry releasing a few collaborations in between, like Despacito with J Balvin and I Don’t Care with Ed Sheeran.

During his time off from making music, he married a supermodel and Kendall Jenner’s best friend, Hailey Baldwin (now Hailey Bieber).

Justin and Hailey had an unresolved love story, from their meeting when Justin had just risen to fame to being romantically involved multiple times then reconnecting (at church, apparently) years later (and post-Selena Gomez).

Justin Bieber’s Inspiration Comes From His Wife

Dating Hailey and eventually marrying her in 2018 gained motivation to write songs. Justin suffered from depression and was not mentally stable, but he later stated that getting back with Hailey gave him strength and focus.

His most recent albums Chances and Justice, both dropped towards the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021 respectively. They are all about being in love and practicing his faith as a Christian.

Even though almost the whole Justice album is about his relationship with the supermodel, there is a specific song in which he titled it ‘Hailey‘ on Justice: The Complete Edition.

During the Coronavirus pandemic, the singer had time to get inspired. Both albums have different tones and meanings: Changes being more bubbly with hit songs like ‘Yummy’ and Justice being the opposite with ‘Holy.’

He took to Instagram to share his thoughts and transmit a message through Justice: “In creating this album my goal is to make music that will provide comfort, to make songs that people can relate to and connect to, so they feel less alone. Suffering, injustice and pain can leave people feeling helpless. Music is a great way of reminding each other that we aren’t alone.”

Recapping all the albums he has ever released, the public has witnessed lots of changes in Justin Bieber; finding a new purpose and his intention to share it with his fans that have been ever since the beginning of his successful career.

Being in the spotlight for over a decade has made him realize how much influence he has and how he can inspire others by being the best of himself. Clearly, his music would change as he grew up, matured, and got married.

But fans can also see that Justin’s journey changed his outlook on life and music, and they’re here for it.
