Whether you have ever smoked marijuana or not, everyone knows that the Top 3 people to sit down and light up with would be in no particular order: Jerry Garcia, Willie Nelson and Snoop Dogg.
Unfortunately, the Grateful Dead singer is no longer with us, and I’m not sure the 91-year-old Willie Nelson is kickin’ it with strangers these days.
So that leaves us with the D-O-Double-G himself, Mr. Snoop.
And although you won’t be able to puff, puff, pass with the pop culture, rap entrepreneur GOAT, you can at least pretend that he’s sitting on your dirty, futon couch in your basement. All you need to do his pony up some cash for a half-smoked blunt that Snoop is auctioning off.
Snoop’s Half-Blunt Is Going For Thousands
The “Snoop Dogg Smoked Blunt,” features a half blazed cigar roach that has been preserved in resin inside Snoop’s ashtray. Snoop actually smoked the blunt in front of the authenticator earlier this year, so everyone knows it’s real because that’s how Snoop does. As of current writing, with 16 days left to go, the blunt has had 47 different bids to make it currently go for $1,915.
The blunt is part of a number of personal memorabilia that he has put up on his “The Shiznit” auction site. Other items include worn boxing gloves, music video and live concert props, autographed items, one of his Death Row Records gold chains, and even the WWE WrestleMania jumpsuit he wore in the ring.
Snoop Claimed To Smoke 80 Blunts A Day
During a 2013 Twitter Q&A, Snoop said that he smoked around 80 blunts A DAY, but in an Instagram video posted on his official account last year, Snoop said that he’s around the 10-blunt per day mark. Could the 52-year-old Snoop, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, be getting up there in age or is the pot just that much better these days?
Regardless, as far as memorabilia goes, there’s not too many non-autographed items that may have more bragging rights than Snoop Dogg’s blunt. I mean, the guy is literally synonymous with getting high.
