Despite its low budget, the showrunners didn’t compromise with Agatha All Along’s attention to detail, especially with Wiccan’s suit.
The spiritual successor to MCU’s first foray into TV has proved to be a major hit among both fans and critics. While WandaVision was let down by an underwhelming finale despite its promising start, Kathryn Hahn’s Agatha All Along was successful in moving at a steady pace throughout its nine episodes.

But Hahn wasn’t the lone major highlight of the show, as the showrunners were pretty successful in building well-rounded characters, and despite its low budget, the attention to detail has been immaculate.
The Level of Attention to Detail Was Immaculate All Along
Even though the Kathryn Hahn-led show lacked the budget of MCU’s other big Disney Plus releases, it’s safe to say the showrunners made the most out of it. With the show embracing its artistry, Joe Locke, who played a prominent part in the series as Billy, touched on the Wiccan suit, which further highlights the show’s immaculate attention to detail.
Further gushing about this aspect, the actor expressed that the runes on his Wiccan suit comprised a wand crown and a vision mind stone, which are 3D printed on each side of his leather top.
Yeah, there’s runes on it. Like his jumper, there’s a Wand crown and a Vision mind stone on each side of his leather 3D printed top. The attention to detail is amazing. On my normal road look jeans, there’s a square on the knee of leather, and it’s the same leather that they use then on the costume. We had it so the jumper would get red and more red and red after I get stabbed in episode four, and then that turns into the cape. So it’s almost like the road kit turns slowly into the Wiccan kit.
Considering the show’s budget was confined to $40M, which doesn’t hold a candle to most MCU shows, including WandaVision‘s $225M budget, the attention to detail stands as a testament to the crew’s passion.
Joe Locke on MCU Future After Agatha All Along Success

Given the positive reception to Billy and the show in general, it’s safe to say a second season might not be off the cards. As for Locke, while he remains uncertain about the MCU’s intentions regarding his character, the actor hopes the cinematic giant brings him back to further explore the complexity of his MCU counterpart.
In that gray area of “Is he bad? Is he good?” I don’t know if he is bad or good. I guess that’s for the future of the MCU, if they would like bring me back, which I hope they would. It just adds so many layers of fun and ambiguity.
Although he has yet to hear from her onscreen mother about her stance on Locke’s role as Billy, hopefully, we will see Locke and Elizabeth Olsen share the screen in the confinements of the MCU.
