Jonathan Majors’ Girlfriend Meagan Good Allegedly “Paying for Everything” as Actor’s Career Hits Free Fall

Jonathan Majors recently rose to prominence for his role as Kang the Conqueror, the main villain in the MCU. The “Lovecraft Country” star made his MCU debut as He Who Remains in the Disney+ series “Loki,” securing a long-term role as the Multiversal Saga centered around his character.

However, things took a turn after the release of “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.” The film’s poor reception was quickly overshadowed by allegations that Majors had physically assaulted his former romantic partner, further damaging his career.

Majors lost his role within several months and was ultimately replaced as the main villain by Robert Downey Jr., who will now portray Doctor Doom in the next two “Avengers” movies. As his career faces serious trouble, his current relationship seems to be under strain as well. Majors is dating Meagan Good, an actress and model known for her work in both film and television, including roles in “Shazam!” and its sequel, “Fury of the Gods.”

However, Good is now reportedly dealing with her own issues. She is allegedly covering all of Jonathan Majors’ expenses, including his child support and a $75,000 dog training bill, according to a source close to the couple, as reported by The Jasmine Brand on Monday.

Meagan pays for everything. They really wanted this dog, and she got stuck paying the $75,000 training bill. Like, that’s crazy! […] No one knows what Meagan sees in this guy. If things keep up this way, she may not be able to pay her mortgage,

Meagan Good revealed in an interview with Hoda and Jenna on TODAY that her friends had warned her against dating Jonathan Majors, primarily due to his history of alleged abuse.

Majors was first arrested in March 2023 after Grace Jabbari accused him of assault. Following the arrest, he was dropped from several projects, his manager and PR team resigned, and several commercials featuring him were pulled. Despite these setbacks, Majors consistently maintained his innocence, with his legal team promising to prove it. However, the release of text messages between Majors and Jabbari seemed to backfire in the court of public opinion. In December, a guilty verdict was reached, and Disney subsequently fired Majors.

Jabbari filed a lawsuit against Majors in a New York federal court, alleging assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, malicious prosecution, and defamation. The defamation claim was based on Majors’ comments during a ‘Good Morning America’ interview after his conviction, where he denied any physical abuse. During the trial, Majors’ attorney repeatedly accused Jabbari of fabricating her injuries from the March 2023 incident.

Jabbari’s lawsuit also describes two additional incidents of alleged abuse by Majors in 2022. In Los Angeles, Majors allegedly shoved her into a shower door, causing injuries, and later threw objects in a fit of rage. In London, he reportedly bruised her, threw her against a car, and choked her while threatening to kill her. The lawsuit included text messages in which Majors discouraged Jabbari from seeking medical attention and threatened suicide. These incidents were detailed in the December 2023 trial, although the text messages were not used as evidence for the March 2023 incident.

Majors was ultimately sentenced to community service several months ago.
