The soapy thriller follows Kimmie (Taylor Polidore Williams), a former sex worker who finds herself pulled into the world of the powerful Bellarie family. She eventually claws her way up to become their chief operating officer, all while unraveling their ties to a darker, more dangerous criminal underworld.
Part 2 of season 2 hit Netflix on Thursday, March 19, and after binging the final eight episodes, fans are already itching to know what comes next. Thankfully, the story is far from over — Netflix has already shared that the series is returning for a third season.

So far, major plot details for Beauty in Black season 3 haven’t been revealed yet. However, Netflix teased in a press release that season 3 would bring “Kimmie’s journey with the Bellarie family to an epic conclusion.”
Williams recently hinted at her character’s storyline, telling Netflix’s Tudum that in season 3, fans will see Kimmie “step fully into her power with all of the support she needs.”
Crystle Stewart, who plays Mallory, added, “The tension, the drama, and the power struggles are only going to deepen from here, and viewers are going to see these characters pushed further than ever before.”
At the same time, there’s still lingering concern about how far the Bellarie family’s head of security, Jules (Charles Malik Whitfield), might go in his search for the truth about his son Glen’s (Ace Small) tragic death. Williams warned, “Grief can be relentless. When someone is carrying that kind of pain, they don’t stop asking questions.”

Netflix hasn’t dropped the full cast for Beauty in Black season 3 yet, but the show centers around three main groups: the club workers, the Bellarie family, and their staff. So it’s a safe bet that many familiar faces will be back.
Williams is expected to reprise her role as Kimmie, alongside Stewart as Mallory and Ricco Ross as Horris, the Bellarie patriarch and Kimmie’s husband.
Fans will likely also see Amber Reign Smith return as Kimmie’s best friend Rain, Xavier Smalls as their friend Angel, and Bailey Tippen as Kimmie’s younger sister Sylvie.
Other expected returns include Whitfield as Jules, Debbi Morgan as Horace’s ex-wife Olivia, Steven G. Norfleet as Horace’s son Charles, Julian Horton as Mallory’s husband Roy, Terrell Carter as lawyer Varney, and Bryan Tanaka as Officer Alex.

Netflix hasn’t revealed the episode count for Beauty in Black season 3 yet, but since the first two seasons each consisted of 16 episodes, it’s likely the third and final season will follow the same pattern.
Is there a Beauty in Black season 3 release date?
As of now, Netflix hasn’t shared a release date for Beauty in Black season 3, but the streamer did say it would be “coming soon.”
Based on how the first two seasons were released, a fall 2026 premiere — around September or October — seems like a solid possibility.
