Drake, whose real name is Aubrey Drake Graham, has been on tour for the better part of February, but his team recently announced that he is not going to be able to complete all 16 of the dates that were originally advertised.
The 38-year-old superstar canceled the remainder of his latest tour in Oceania due to “a scheduling conflict,” according to a report by Rolling Stone AU/NZ published on Wednesday, February 26. The article states that the Canadian rapper’s representative informed the outlet about the tour cancellation and what they plan on doing for fans to make up for the sudden change of plans.
“We are actively working on rescheduling these dates along with adding some additional shows,” the rep wrote in the statement. They also note that everyone who purchased a ticket for a show that was affected will have a valid ticket for the eventual rescheduled dates and that “refunds will be available for those who prefer.”

The statement goes on to mention, “As these shows are sold out, any refunded tickets will be released for sale.” There was an apology from the representative toward the end of the statement that read, “We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience,” before they explained, “Drake and the entire team have had an incredible time doing these shows and are excited to return soon. We look forward to sharing the rescheduled dates with you as soon as possible.”
The “God’s Plan” rapper kicked off his Anita Max Win tour on February 4 in Perth, Australia, where he played for two nights at the RAC Arena. Drake then performed four nights in Melbourne at the Rod Laver Arena and four nights at the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney. He played two of the three scheduled shows at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre in Brisbane before he announced that the four remaining dates of the tour (one more in Brisbane and Sydney, and then two in Auckland, New Zealand) had been canceled.
The tour cancellation comes weeks after Kendrick Lamar’s 2025 Super Bowl halftime show performance, where he rapped his Grammy Award-winning Drake diss track, “Not Like Us.” The two have allegedly had beef for years, but it recently picked up steam after Lamar, 37, and the Degrassi alum released a number of diss songs about each other in 2024, including “Euphoria” and “Family Matters.”
Drake most recently released an album with collaborator PARTYNEXTDOOR on Valentine’s Day that debuted at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, titled $ome $exy $ongs 4 U.
