Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas were spotted together in London on Friday, March 14. The actors were all smiles as they arrived at the London Heliport by helicopter together, according to photos posted by People magazine.
This isn’t the first time that Cruise has been spotted with Ben Affleck’s ex-girlfriend, either. Back in February, the Daily Mail reported that Cruise and de Armas had dinner together on Valentine’s Day. However, a source told People that the two are “just friends.”
An insider explained that the two actors were “discussing potential collaborations down the line” and didn’t seem to have a “romantic connection.”
“Tom looked happy as fans approached him for photos, and the group later took home leftovers,” the insider continued.
Interestingly, de Armas mentioned Cruise in passing in an April 2023 interview with USA Today while promoting the film Ghosted.
“It’s demanding and painful and your body is hurting everywhere, but it’s also very rewarding as I saw myself getting better at it,” she said of doing her own stunts for the film. “Besides, it’s fun. And if I just go say my lines and someone else does the stunts, I’m missing that fun.”
“[I’m] not at a Tom Cruise level yet. But I can appreciate what he does 100% now, and I totally get why he does it. He’s so mind-blowing,” she added.
In January, rumors were swirling that Cruise, who was previously married to Nicole Kidman and Katie Holmes, was dating CAA talent agent, Maha Dakhil.
As for de Armas, she dated Affleck back in 2020. The two first met on the set of the film Deep Water in 2019. A few months later, they were seen on vacation together, according to InStyle. The two went their separate ways in early 2021.
In late 2024, de Armas was linked to Manuel Anido Cuesta — the stepson of the president of Cuba.
