HAILEY Bieber’s trademark for her married last name has been dead and abandoned, The U.S. Sun can exclusively report.

The 27-year-old model has been facing intense fan speculation that she and her husband, Justin Bieber, may be heading toward a split.

According to the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Hailey abandoned her trademark for “Hailey Bieber” on September 13, 2021.

She initially filed for her married name trademark on October 10, 2018.

The couple got hitched in a secret New York City courthouse wedding on September 2018.

Hailey’s trademark was abandoned because no “statement or use of the request timely filed after Notice of Allowance was issued.”

Her trademark for “Hailey Baldwin” was also filed and abandoned on the same dates for the same reasons.

BALDWIN IN BUSINESS
Over the years, Hailey has filed several trademarks in an attempt to grow her beauty empire.

Now, she is the owner of the skincare company Rhode, inspired by her middle name.

Rhode launched in 2022 with a simple product lineup which included a serum, moisturizer and lip balm.

Her beauty business has continued to flourish despite a trademark lawsuit, which went down in June 2022.

A clothing brand with the same name filed a lawsuit, but Hailey came out on top.

Hailey filed the trademark for Rhode on April 27, 2021, and it is still active as she continues to grow her business.

HAIL BREAKS LOOSE
Justin and Hailey have been facing divorce rumors for months, and the beauty entrepreneur has added fuel to the fire by being accused of deleting almost all of her photos with Justin on her Instagram.

However, last week Hailey shared several PDA photos with Justin while marking his milestone birthday.

“30!? That was fast. Words could never truly describe the beauty of who you are,” Hailey captioned her post at the weekend.

“Happy Birthday to you… love of my life, for life.”

Fans noticed Justin wasn’t wearing his wedding ring in several of the photos and he hasn’t made an appearance on her Instagram since December 1, 2023.

CAUSE FOR CONCERN
Stephen Baldwin, Hailey’s dad, sparked more concern among fans with a recent post.

He re-shared a video on his Instagram Story of Justin singing a hymn.

Stephen wrote: “Christians, please when you think of Justin and Hailey, take a moment to offer a little prayer for them to have wisdom, protection, and to draw close to the Lord.”

Many fans wondered if his post hinted at problems in Justin and Hailey’s marriage after weeks of speculation that they were headed for divorce.

“So weird her father is posting this,” one person remarked on an online thread alongside a screenshot of the video.

“I think they are soft-launching their divorce. It’s clear as day,” another predicted.

Hailey finally addressed the divorce rumors by posting on social media.

“Just FYI, the constant ‘blind items’ I see on TikTok are 100% of the time wrong. Made out of thin air…” she wrote on her Instagram Story.

“Come from the land of delusion… So I know it may be fun feeding into these stories but just know they’re always false…

“Sorry to spoil it.”
