Early Tuesday morning, the pop music sensation was arrested for driving while intoxicated in Sag Harbor, New York.

That evening, Justin, 43, was seen at the American Hotel attending a party with his pals.
In video footage first obtained by TMZ, Justin was spotted driving his gray BMW UT, which matches the police’s description in their report.
The NSYNC frontman drove behind a black sedan, allegedly driven by friends, after leaving the 4-star hotel.
In the clip, Justin was not seen showing signs of reckless driving, but moments before he was caught on camera, cops said they watched him go through a stop sign.
Cops began to follow him and observed the music star failing to stay in a straight line, which caused them to pull him over immediately.
Officers at the scene said that Justin told them he had one martini and was following a friend home.
Justin’s mug shot was released on Tuesday with the star slightly smiling and his eyes looking bloodshot.
As he stared straight into the camera, the corners and edges of his eyes appeared red.
He has since been released without bail.
Earlier today, Justin was photographed leaving the courthouse with his lawyer.
AT THE SCENE
During the time of his arrest, Justin refused both the test and the breathalyzer.
Despite the protest of his friends, he was put in cuffs and hauled away.
“Nobody was hurt and there was no drama at the scene,” a source told TMZ.
“Justin was out to dinner with friends and there were cop cars stationed outside the restaurant like they are most nights.
“They look for people who are leaving after midnight who might have been drinking.”
RETURNING TO COURT
After leaving the courthouse, Justin was seen rocking a low-key look with black sunglasses and a black hat.
He also wore a graphic T-shirt underneath another black short-sleeved top.
The hitmaker matched his attire with a pair of bright blue jeans and sneakers.
He is set to return to court on July 26, 2024, after being charged with one count of DWI.
The Suit and Tie singer was also cited for running a stop sign and failing to keep in his lane.
FATHER’S DAY MESSAGE
Just one day before his arrest, the pop singer shared a sweet post dedicated to his family in celebration of Father’s Day.
In 2012, he married Hollywood actress Jessica Biel, 42.
Since then, they welcomed two sons: Silas, nine, and Phineas, three.
In the post dedicated to his children, he wrote, “My 2 greatest gifts.
“I learn more about myself everyday just because you both chose me to be your Daddy.
“I love you both so much. Thank you for giving me my biggest purpose.”
In the comment section, Jessica said, “You’re so many things to so many people. But to us you are THE ROCK. We love you!”
