Prime Video has a certified hit on their hands with Reacher. Based on Lee Child’s popular book series, the show follows a former military policeman who sustains his life as a nomad by solving mysteries wherever he goes.

It’s both action-packed and filled with intrigue, the perfect combination to keep viewers on the edge of their seats. Now that the show is done with its second season (with a third currently filming), Reacher fans will likely binge through the available episodes, then have to deal with the inevitable pause between seasons. To fill the rest of your time, you’ll have to branch out and find more shows to fill the Reacher void.

So what makes a good Reacher alternative? Well, the show incorporates elements of detective shows and action thrillers, which are the foundations of popular television. If there’s a good mystery or heart-racing drama, viewers will likely watch.
