Netflix’s new action-packed science fiction thriller has been dubbed one of the best films of the year just a few days after its release.
Although reviews from official critics have been mixed, receiving a 68 percent score on Rotten Tomatoes, the exhilarating and gritty blockbuster has garnered a passionate contingent of loyal fans.

Even more impressive, it has leapt to the top of the streaming service’s top ten chart for films just a few days after its release on Friday, 6th March.

Featuring a stellar cast, Reacher’s Alan Ritchson leads the ensemble as an unnamed Staff Sergeant who must lead a group of boot camp recruits against a terrifying alien threat.

Also starring Dennis Quaid (The Substance), Jai Courtney (Dangerous Animals), and Esai Morales (Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning), War Machine is perfect for fans of other sci-fi classics such as Predator, Aliens, and Edge of Tomorrow.
Viewers have been raving about the new Netflix original, including one IMDb user who exclaimed: “Absolutely LOVED IT! It’s been awhile since a movie kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time!
