Netflix’s new action-packed science fiction thriller has been dubbed one of the best films of the year just a few days after its release.
Although reviews from official critics have been mixed, receiving a 68 percent score on Rotten Tomatoes, the exhilarating and gritty blockbuster has garnered a passionate contingent of loyal fans.

Even more impressive, it has leapt to the top of the streaming service’s top ten chart for films just a few days after its release on Friday, 6th March.

Featuring a stellar cast, Reacher’s Alan Ritchson leads the ensemble as an unnamed Staff Sergeant who must lead a group of boot camp recruits against a terrifying alien threat.

Also starring Dennis Quaid (The Substance), Jai Courtney (Dangerous Animals), and Esai Morales (Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning), War Machine is perfect for fans of other sci-fi classics such as Predator, Aliens, and Edge of Tomorrow.
Viewers have been raving about the new Netflix original, including one IMDb user who exclaimed: “Absolutely LOVED IT! It’s been awhile since a movie kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time!

“Love this movie and how everything is portrayed, the cast and the whole action packed thrill, had me on my seat and shouting, I wish it was a series or I hope there’s [a] sequel coming after this, cause I can not keep my cool right now. I am going to rewatch it again tomorrow. Damn this was beautiful!”
