âPut my dog and its PUPPIES downâ, begs dad whose daughter, 19, was mauled to death by âlovingâ family pet
THE heartbroken dad of a teenage girl mauled to death by her âlovingâ family dog has begged police to destroy it â as well as her two puppies.
Jack Biscoe found his daughter Jamie-Lea, 19, dead at home on Friday evening.

Dad-of-one Jack told The Sun he pleaded with cops to put the female blue-merle Lurcher-cross to sleep immediately

She had been attacked by pet Shy and was slumped over on the floor with a bite wound to her neck.
Emergency services were called to the family home in the village of Leaden Roding near Dunmow, Essex, at 10.45pm.
But despite the best efforts of medical teams, the teen was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
Dad-of-one Jack, 37, told The Sun he pleaded with cops who seized the female blue-merle Lurcher-cross to put her to sleep immediately.
He said: âI just said to them âplease just put her downâ.
âI donât want to see her ever again⌠I just donât think that dog should live anymore.â
Police confirmed on Sunday that tests are underway to formally establish Shyâs breed.
They are also understood to be conducting forensic examinations to prove she carried out the fatal attack.
Jack said: âWe know that she did. She was the one that was covered in blood and she attacked me.â
His other dogs Bella and Mouse â Shyâs 18-month-old pups â are not thought to have been involved in the attack which killed Jamie-Lea.
But horse trainer Jack is also calling for them to be destroyed.
He said: âThose dogs have seen too much. They need to be put down in my opinion. I donât want them to live in this world now.
âEven though the youngsters didnât do anything, theyâve seen too much and I donât think they could ever be placed with a family againâŚ
âThey could never possibly be rehomed after that situation. I think the best thing for them would be to put them to sleep.â

Jack, who bought Shy as a puppy at seven weeks old, said there had been no indication the family dog was dangerous.
He told how the pet had no history of biting or Âaggressive behaviour and described her as the âsoftest dogâ.
While trying to revive his daughter, who had collapsed on the floor between his bed and bedside table, Jack was also attacked by Shy.
She bit off part of his ear, which will require reconstructive surgery, and left puncture wounds in his arms.
The devasted dad added: âMy daughter was not killed by an XL Bully, she was killed by a genuine family dog.
âI thought I could trust that dog with my life and it took my daughterâs life. She was my daughterâs best friend and she still killed her.
âI lost my entire life on Friday when my daughter was murdered by another member of my family.
âWitnessing the horror and destruction it has caused me, itâs not worth it. Treat them as dogs, give them their beds, be careful.â
Jack was arrested on suspicion of being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control and causing injury resulting in death.
He was released on bail on ÂSaturday night.
