Dancing on Ice was back on Sunday, and the remaining finalists battled it out to be crowned the winner.
Holly Willoughby interrupted the final of Dancing on Ice to make a sad announcement. The ITV host informed viewers that head judges Torvill and Dean would be performing for the last time on TV.
After watching the finalists skate, Holly admitted: “That set me off just now.”
Stephen Mulhern cut in: “We have got a huge night ahead of us. The class of 2025 will all be skating together a bit later on. It’s either going to be carnage, or it’s going to be unbelievable. We will see a bit later on.”
Holly went on: “It will get emotional as our very own skating legends Torvill and Dean will take to the rink for their very last ever TV performance in history.”
“Can you believe that?” Stephen said before they carried on with the rest of the show.

Fans also took to social media to share their thoughts about it being Toevill and Dean’s last performance.
One wrote on X: “Deffo sounds like the last series of #dancingonice last dance of Torvill and Dean.”
Another agreed: “Oh no, Jane and Chris are not showing their skills on telly ever again.”
“It can’t be their last performance,” a third added.
While someone else commented: “Hand me the tissues, it is going to get emosh.” (sic)

According to bookmaker Coral, TV presenter Michaela is the odds-on favourite at 4-7. Sam is second best at 6-4 to lift the trophy, while Anton is a 20-1 outsider.
So far, all of the finalists performances have received a perfect score of 40, but who will end up taking home the trophy?
Dancing on Ice returns tonight at 6.30pm on ITV.
